The device comprises a keel, a driving motor and a wingspan control mechanism, the keel comprises a fixed end and a wingspan end embedded in the fixed end, the wingspan control mechanism comprises a first transmission rod, a second transmission rod, a third transmission rod, an inner gear, an outer gear and a driving motor, and the inner gear is arranged in the outer gear and coincides with the circle center of the outer gear; the second transmission rod and the third transmission rod are arranged on the two sides of the inner gear respectively, one end of the second transmission rod is fixed to the edge of the inner gear, the other end of the second transmission rod is connected with the top end of the first transmission rod, and the bottom end of the first transmission rod is fixed to the wingspan end. One end of the third transmission rod is fixed at the center of the inner gear, and the other end is connected with the driving motor. The wingspan area is adjusted in time through the wingspan control mechanism, the speed and stability of the unmanned sailboat are both considered, and the unmanned sailboat is suitable for various sea conditions.
