The invention discloses a supporting device and a crane ship, the supporting device comprises a basic module, at least one standard module, clamping grooves and pin shafts, bases are arranged at the bottoms of the basic module and the standard module, the clamping grooves are formed in a main deck of the crane ship and the tops of the standard modules, and the pin shafts are arranged on the two adjacent standard modules. The base located at the bottom of the standard module is detachably connected with the clamping groove located in the top of the next standard module and fixed through a pin shaft. Between the basic module and the standard module, the base located at the bottom of the basic module is detachably connected with the clamping groove located in the top of the standard module and fixed through a pin shaft. Between the standard module and the main deck, the base located at the bottom of the standard module and the clamping groove located in the main deck are detachably connected and fixed through a pin shaft. The clamping grooves and the pin shafts are arranged, so that the modules of all layers of the supporting device are convenient to mount and dismount.
