The invention relates to an integrated front vehicle body, a frame and a vehicle. The front wall structure comprises a front wall mechanism, a connecting piece and a suspension fixing piece, the front wall mechanism comprises an upper cross beam, an inner plate, a lower cross beam and a front longitudinal beam, the upper cross beam, the inner plate and the lower cross beam are connected in the first direction, the front longitudinal beam extends in the second direction and is connected to the lower cross beam, the upper cross beam and the lower cross beam extend in the third direction, and in the second direction, the inner plate comprises a first side and a second side which are opposite; the front longitudinal beam is located on the first side. The connecting piece is arranged on the second side and forms an integrated structure with the upper cross beam, the inner plate, the lower cross beam and the front longitudinal beam; the suspension fixing piece is integrally formed on the connecting piece and used for being connected with a suspension structure. The connecting piece and the front wall mechanism are integrally constructed, the suspension fixing piece is integrally formed on the connecting piece, and after assembly is completed, stress generated at the connecting position of the suspension structure and the suspension fixing piece is transmitted to the connecting piece through the front longitudinal beam and then dispersed to the upper cross beam, the inner plate and the lower cross beam through the connecting piece; and the reliability of connection between the suspension structure and the suspension fixing piece is improved.
