The invention discloses a wheel independent steering unit based on a planetary gear train. The suspension device is composed of a steering motor, a coupler, a gear shaft, a planet wheel, a planet carrier, a tire, a rim, a hub motor, a brake disc, a claw disc pin shaft, a claw disc nut, a fixing shaft, a suspension claw disc, a cantilever lower pin shaft, a cantilever middle pin shaft, an auxiliary shock absorber, a main shock absorber, a cantilever upper pin shaft, a cantilever, a steering support and an enamel disc. Wherein the steering motor is connected with the gear shaft, the gear shaft is meshed with the planet wheel, the planet carrier is fixedly connected with the cantilever through a bolt, the enamel disc is fixedly connected with the steering support through a bolt, all parts of the suspension are connected through pin shafts, and the suspension claw disc is in threaded connection with the fixing shaft through the claw disc nut. The inner gear ring is machined on the steering support, so that the overall structure is more compact, steering torque is transmitted through the planetary gear train, and large-angle independent steering is achieved. Aiming at the current situation that an existing independent steering mechanism suspension is single, a new design scheme is provided, and beneficial reference can be provided for design of the wheel independent steering mechanism.

    本发明公开了一种基于行星轮系的车轮独立转向单元,由转向电机、联轴器、齿轮轴、行星轮、行星架、轮胎、轮辋、轮毂电机、刹车盘、爪盘销轴、爪盘螺母、固定轴、悬架爪盘、悬臂下销轴、悬臂中销轴、副减震器、主减震器、悬臂上销轴、悬臂、转向支架、珐琅盘组成。其中转向电机与齿轮轴相连,齿轮轴与行星轮啮合,行星架与悬臂通过螺栓固连,珐琅盘与转向支架通过螺栓固连,悬架各部分通过销轴连接,悬架爪盘通过爪盘螺母与固定轴螺纹连接。本发明中在转向支架上加工内齿圈,使整体结构更加紧凑,采用行星轮系传递转向力矩,实现大角度独立转向。针对现有独立转向机构悬架单一现状,提出新的设计方案,可为车轮独立转向机构设计提供有益参考。
