The invention provides a train operation adjusting method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and relates to the technical field of rail transit, and the method comprises the steps that delay information of trains on a target line is acquired, and the delay information comprises the number of delayed trains and/or the sum of delay time of each delayed train; under the condition that it is determined that the delay information meets the preset adjustment condition, the running interval of the adjacent trains on the target line is adjusted; wherein the driving interval adjustment comprises at least one of forward adjustment, backward adjustment and forward and backward adjustment; when it is determined that the running interval deviation between the adjacent trains on the target line is smaller than a preset threshold value, running interval adjustment is stopped; wherein the driving interval deviation is the difference value between the actual driving interval and the planned driving interval.
