The invention discloses a sliding brake control method for an extended-range electric drive axle semi-trailer tractor, and belongs to the field of hybrid power vehicle control. The method is suitable for a semi-trailer tractor adopting an extended range type electric drive axle scheme, estimated values of the gradient i and the mass m are obtained through gradient estimation of a recursive least square method with a forgetting factor, and then the total braking torque is selected through a fuzzy PID control method; the total braking torque is distributed to a tractor front axle, a tractor rear axle and a trailer axle according to the estimated condition value, a capacity loss model of the battery life is adopted, composite braking considering the battery life and the energy recovery efficiency is carried out through an MPC optimization control algorithm, the electromagnetic braking torque and the mechanical braking torque are reasonably distributed, and the energy recovery efficiency is improved. And greater optimization potential is brought to vehicle energy saving, so that the novel sliding braking method has a wide prospect in the semi-trailer tractor industry.
本发明公开了一种用于增程式电驱桥半挂牵引车的滑行制动控制方法,属于混合动力车辆控制领域。本发明适用于采用增程式电驱桥方案的半挂牵引车,利用带有遗忘因子的递推最小二乘法坡度估计获得坡度i与质量m的预估值,再利用模糊PID控制方法选择总制动力矩,根据预估条件值将总制动力矩分配给牵引车前轴、牵引车后轴和挂车车轴,采用电池寿命的容量损失模型,利用MPC优化控制算法进行兼顾电池寿命与能量回收效率的复合制动,使得电磁制动力矩和机械制动力矩合理分配,为车辆节能带来了更大的优化潜力,因此上述新型滑行制动方法在半挂牵引车行业中具有广阔的前景。
