The invention provides a vehicle waste heat management method and device, a storage medium and a vehicle, and belongs to the technical field of new energy automobiles. When the heat pump is not started, the heat of the motor loop is controlled to heat the battery in response to the heating requirement for the battery; when the heat pump is started, determining a target temperature range corresponding to the current environment temperature in a plurality of preset temperature ranges based on the current environment temperature of the vehicle; and based on the waste heat management strategy corresponding to the target temperature range, a heat pump is controlled to absorb heat of a motor loop and/or environment heat to heat a passenger compartment. According to the embodiment of the invention, the battery heating requirement can be met when the heat pump is not started; when the heat pump is started, management of heat absorbed by the heat pump in different environment temperature sections is achieved, waste heat of the motor and the environment heat can be comprehensively utilized, the heat pump can heat the passenger compartment more efficiently, the energy utilization rate of the whole vehicle is improved, and the economical efficiency and the endurance mileage of the whole vehicle are improved while energy consumption is reduced.
