    本发明公开了一种新能源汽车动力电池故障安全检测系统,包括电池安装架、动力电池模组、移动式温度检测组件、问题电池标记机构和紧急安全分离处理机构,电池安装架安装于汽车车架上且表面加工成型有两排安装槽,动力电池模组由若干组电池包组成,若干组电池包均匀安装于两排安装槽内,电池包由若干组电池本体组成,移动式温度检测组件安装于电池安装架上,移动式温度检测组件包括导轨、横向调节器和检测架,导轨安装于两排安装槽组件之间,横向调节器安装于导轨内,检测架架设于横向调节器上。本发明设计的自动化检测动力电池装置可以实现对动力电池动态化检测、精确性标记以及分离式安全处理,大大提高了动力电池在运行过程中的安全性。
