The invention discloses an electric vehicle-energy storage cooperative charging and discharging method based on multi-objective optimization. The method comprises the following steps: building a community micro-grid system; the charging and discharging behaviors of the electric vehicle are controlled by adopting a peak, flat and valley electricity price strategy, so that the stored energy and the electric vehicle are synergistically connected to a grid, and discharging is performed at peak time and charging is performed at flat and valley time; after energy storage and electric vehicle collaborative grid connection, a target optimization model considering the minimum load peak-valley difference, the minimum grid connection fluctuation mean square error and the minimum user expenditure is established; the established target optimization model is solved according to an improved non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm, and a Pareto non-inferior solution set meeting requirements is obtained; and in the Pareto non-inferior solution set, selecting an optimal solution from the optimal solution set according to a fuzzy membership function, and taking the optimal solution as a planned output value of the energy storage and electric vehicle. According to the method, the energy storage and the electric vehicle V2G collaboratively participate in optimization scheduling, the peak-valley load of the system can be effectively balanced, and meanwhile, the expenditure of the user can be reduced.

    基于多目标优化的电动汽车‑储能协同充放电方法,包括以下步骤:搭建社区微网系统;采用峰平谷电价策略对电动汽车的充放电行为进行控制,使得储能和电动汽车协同并网,并在峰时放电,平谷时充电;储能和电动汽车协同并网后,建立考虑负荷峰谷差最小、并网波动均方差最小以及用户支出费用最小的目标优化模型;根据改进的非支配排序遗传算法对建的目标优化模型进行求解,求出满足要求的Pareto非劣解集合;Pareto非劣解集合中,根据模糊隶属度函数从优解集中挑选出最优解,作为储能和电动汽车的计划出力值。该方法实现了储能和电动汽车V2G协同参与优化调度并能有效平衡系统的峰谷负荷,同时能够降低用户的费用支出。
