The invention relates to a method and a system for supervising and preventing misplacement in a commercial vehicle physical library, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the storage location information in the physical library, and delimiting a commercial vehicle parking region range on a map according to the storage location information; obtaining GPS positioning data reported by the T-BOX, and cleaning error data in the GPS positioning data according to a first preset rule; receiving the data cleaned by the first preset rule in the step S200, and judging whether the commercial vehicle exceeds a specified parking area or not according to a second preset rule; and when the commercial vehicle exceeds the specified parking area, vehicle information of the current commercial vehicle is acquired, and alarm information is generated. Compared with the prior art, the method for supervising and preventing misappropriation in the commercial vehicle physical warehouse disclosed by the embodiment of the invention is simple in logic, easy to implement, consistent with regulations, free of complicated manual operation and flow, small in investment and capable of effectively reducing the loss of a commercial vehicle main engine plant in the vehicle warehouse.

    一种商用车实物库内监管防挪用的方法和系统,所述方法包括:获取实物库内的库位信息,并根据库位信息在地图上划定商用车停放区域范围;获取T‑BOX上报的GPS定位数据,并按第一预设规则清洗GPS定位数据中错误数据;接收S200中经过第一预设规则清洗后的数据,并按第二预设规则判断商用车是否超出规定的停车区域;当商用车是否超出规定的停车区域时,获取当前商用车的车辆信息,生成告警信息。本实施例公开的一种商用车实物库内监管防挪用的方法,与现有技术比,逻辑简单,易实现,且符合法规规定、无需复杂的人工操作和流程,投入小,可有效减少商用车主机厂在车辆库内期间的损失。
