The invention provides a thickened radiating pipe of a heat exchanger and a using method, and relates to the field of heat exchangers. Winding belts are wound at the two ends of the heat dissipation pipe to form thickened parts, the thickened part at one end of the heat dissipation pipe is connected with the upper cavity metal plate, and the thickened part at the other end of the heat dissipation pipe is connected with the lower cavity metal plate; the upper chamber metal plate is arranged in the upper chamber, and the lower chamber metal plate is arranged in the lower chamber. The mode that the winding belt winds the thickened heat dissipation pipe is adopted, intelligent automatic production is facilitated, efficiency is high, and cost is low; the material thickness of the whole equipment can be effectively saved, the stress or tensile resistance can be greatly enhanced, and the service life of the whole heat exchanger is prolonged, so that the repair and maintenance period of the whole equipment is prolonged, and the practicability and economic benefits are obvious; and the energy efficiency of the heat exchanger can be greatly improved, and carbon emission is reduced.

    本发明提供一种热交换器的加厚散热管及使用方法,涉及热交换器领域。散热管的两端缠绕有缠绕带,以形成加厚部,散热管一端的加厚部与上腔室金属板连接,散热管另一端的加厚部与下腔室金属板连接;上腔室金属板设于上腔室,下腔室金属板设于下腔室。本申请采用缠绕带缠绕加厚散热管的方式,有利于智能自动化生产,效率高,成本低;可以有效节省整体设备的用材厚度,能大大增强应力或者抗拉力,增加热交换器的整机使用寿命,从而提升整个设备的维修维护周期,实用性和经济效益明显;且能极大提高热交换器的能效,减少碳排放。
