The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted large unmanned helicopter hoisting device which comprises a pair of suspension arm mechanisms fixed to the middle of the lower side of a cabin top wall, a hoisting mechanism located on the lower sides of the suspension arm mechanisms and a hoisting bracket for supporting a large unmanned helicopter, and each suspension arm mechanism comprises a fixed arm, a movable arm, a hanging bracket mechanism and a movable arm and hanging bracket moving mechanism. The hoisting mechanism comprises a hoisting cross beam, a hoisting transmission shaft, a hoisting transmission motor speed reducer combination, a speed reducer coupler, two hoisting rollers, two hoisting steel wire ropes, two hoisting transmission shaft bearing seats and two hoisting transmission couplings; and two front wheels and a rear wheel of the large unmanned helicopter are locked on the hoisting bracket through a front wheel locking frame and a rear wheel locking frame respectively. The lifting device is compact in structure, high in lifting precision, small in occupied space, large in bearing capacity, long in stroke and good in stability. The unfolding and folding speed of the suspension arm mechanism is obviously improved, and a reliable guarantee is provided for improving the emergency response speed of the large unmanned helicopter.

    本发明公开了一种车载大型无人直升机吊运装置,包括一对固定在舱顶壁下侧中部的吊臂机构、位于吊臂机构下侧的起重机构、支承大型无人直升机的吊装托架,吊臂机构包括固定臂、移动臂、吊架机构和移动臂及吊架移动机构,起重机构包括起重横梁、起重传动轴、起重传动电机减速机组合和减速机联轴器,以及2个卷扬滚筒、2根起重钢丝绳、2个起重传动轴轴承座和2个起重传动联轴器,大型无人直升机的两前轮和一后轮分别通过前轮锁定架和后轮锁定架锁定在吊装托架上。本发明结构紧凑、吊运精度高、占用空间小、承载力大、行程长、稳定性好。显著提高了吊臂机构的展开和收纳速度,为提高大型无人直升机应急反应速度提供了可靠的保证。
