The invention relates to a sliding trolley mechanism which comprises a sliding trolley body, pulleys are arranged at the top of the sliding trolley body and distributed in groups, the number of the pulley blocks is three, the three pulley blocks are symmetrically distributed, a lifting ring bearing plate is arranged at the bottom of the sliding trolley body, and lifting ring nuts are installed at the bottom of the lifting ring bearing plate. The lifting ring bearing plate is connected with the sliding trolley body in a matched mode through a rubber pad, a flat washer and a hexagon nut, the pulley is installed on the trolley shaft through a welding nut, a deep groove ball bearing is installed on the trolley shaft, and a check ring is arranged outside the deep groove ball bearing. According to the sliding trolley mechanism, no obvious gap exists between the wheel shafts after assembly is completed, all the pulleys rotate flexibly, and the clamping stagnation phenomenon does not occur; an anti-loosening mark is arranged at the threaded connection part; when the whole trolley is subjected to a bearing test, each part is not damaged under the action force of 14 KN static load.
