The invention belongs to the field of aviation process equipment design, and relates to a single-side flap system retracting and releasing and any-angle limiting device which mainly comprises an installation fixing mechanism, a speed reducing and torque increasing mechanism and a limiting control mechanism. The device is connected with a mounting support of a single-side flap control system and a flap transmission rod universal joint through a mounting and fixing mechanism, then a crank or other electric tools are used for inputting high-speed low torque on an input shaft of a speed reducing and torque increasing mechanism of the device, and the high-speed low torque is transmitted into a flap transmission rod through an output shaft of a speed reducing mechanism; according to the wing flap control device, the control mechanism is additionally arranged on the control mechanism to realize flexible retraction and release movement of the wing flap system, and a limiting control mechanism is additionally arranged on the speed reducing mechanism to control the device and limit the rotating direction of a wing flap transmission rod, so that the single-side wing flap system is limited at any angle. And the problems of difficulty in folding and unfolding and no limitation at any angle exist.

    本发明属于航空工艺装备设计领域,涉及一种单侧襟翼系统收放及任意角度限位装置,主要包括安装固定机构、减速增扭机构、限位控制机构。通过安装固定机构将该装置与单侧襟翼操纵系统的安装支座和襟翼传动杆万向接头连接,然后使用摇把或者其他电动工具在该装置的减速增扭机构的输入轴输入高速低扭矩,通过减速机构输出轴传入襟翼传动杆,来实现襟翼系统的收放灵活运动,并且在减速机构上增加有限位控制机构,控制该装置和限制襟翼传动杆的转动方向,实现单侧襟翼系统任意角度限位,本发明解决了飞机单侧襟翼操纵系统在现有无控制机构的工作过程中,存在收放困难和任意角度无限位的问题。
