A vibration and noise reduction device for an exhaust port on the surface of a fuselage comprises a flow equalizing device arranged on an exhaust airflow path of the exhaust port so as to rectify exhaust airflow flowing through the flow equalizing device and incoming flow outside the fuselage; and the flow guide device is arranged at the exhaust port on the outer side of the surface of the fuselage so as to perform flow guide or pneumatic interference on the external incoming flow of the fuselage and the exhaust airflow passing through the exhaust port, so that vibration and noise are reduced. The invention further relates to a method for controlling the vibration and noise reduction equipment. According to the vibration and noise reduction equipment, the problems of vibration and noise of the exhaust valve caused by airflow excitation vibration are effectively solved, and meanwhile the aerodynamic performance of an aircraft is improved.
