The invention discloses an active and passive combined thermal protection system of a long-time high-speed aircraft and a control method thereof, and relates to the technical field of thermal protection of hypersonic aircrafts. The device comprises a thermal protection assembly, a convection cooling pipe and a plurality of thermocouples are installed in the thermal protection assembly, and the convection cooling pipe is connected with a liquid supply unit through a pipeline. According to the heat protection assembly, a sewn sandwich structure which is good in mechanical property, high in heat insulation effect and light in structural mass is adopted as a main body of the heat protection assembly, and a convection cooling pipe is embedded in a heat insulation layer of the heat protection assembly so as to improve the heat protection capacity; the external thermal environment is sensed in real time, the cooling working medium flow is adjusted according to the thermal protection evaluation effect, and rapid and accurate matching of the cooling performance and the thermal environment is achieved, so that the thermal protection device can meet the thermal protection requirement under long-endurance and high-heat-flow flight tasks and has the advantages of being light, good in mechanical property, high in thermal protection efficiency and high in refrigerant utilization rate.

    本发明公开了长时高速飞行器的主被动结合式热防护系统及其控制方法,涉及高超声速飞行器热防护技术领域。本发明包括热防护组件,所述热防护组件内部安装有对流冷却管和若干热电偶,所述对流冷却管通过管道连接有供液单元。本发明采用力学性能好、隔热效果强、结构质量轻的缝合夹芯式结构作为热防护组件的主体,在其隔热层中嵌入对流冷却管以提升防热能力,通过控制模块和集成于装置面板内的测温传感器,实时感知外部热环境并根据热防护评估效果调节冷却工质流量,实现冷却性能与热环境的快速、精确匹配,从而使得本发明能够满足长航时、高热流飞行任务下的防热需求,且具备轻质、力学性能好、防热效率及冷媒利用率高的特点。
