The invention discloses a marine propeller entanglement removing device. The marine propeller entanglement removing device comprises a protection assembly and a cutting part. The protection assembly is arranged on the periphery of the propeller, a propeller shaft of the propeller is sleeved with a hollow cylinder at one end of the protection assembly, and the protection assembly is driven by a driving mechanism on the ship body to rotate around the propeller shaft of the propeller. The protection assembly is provided with a plurality of protection net suites in the axial direction of the propeller, and the protection net suites surround the propeller in the circumferential direction to form protection; grooves and displacement holes are formed in the protective net kit in the circumferential direction at intervals. The cutting component is fixed to the ship body and located above the protection assembly. The cutting component comprises a longitudinal cutting knife, a transverse cutting knife and a displacement rod which are connected through respective up-down and left-right driving mechanisms, a cutting edge of the longitudinal cutting knife is arranged towards the axial direction of the protective net suite, a cutting edge of the transverse cutting knife is arranged towards the circumferential direction of the protective net suite, and the displacement rod corresponds to a displacement hole in the protective net suite. The entanglement is thoroughly removed, and the propeller is not damaged.
