The invention discloses a floating dock for lowering the installation gravity center of a tower drum and an installation method for lowering the installation gravity center of the tower drum. The floating dock comprises a floating boat body, a first horizontal sliding rail, a sliding plate and a sea wave compensation platform. The pontoon main body is provided with a placing area for parts to be hoisted and an operation area for providing hoisting construction, and the operation area is provided with a deep pit area; the first horizontal sliding rail is arranged on the surface of the pontoon body, one end of the first horizontal sliding rail extends towards the containing area, and the other end of the first horizontal sliding rail extends towards the deep pit area and is used for transferring a to-be-hoisted component into the operation area from the containing area. The sea wave compensation platform is installed in the deep pit area of the operation area in a liftable mode and comprises a bearing plate and a lifting compensation mechanism driving the bearing plate to ascend and descend stably, the bearing plate is provided with a second horizontal sliding rail connected with the first horizontal sliding rail in a sliding mode, and the sliding plate slides between the first horizontal sliding rail and the second horizontal sliding rail. The gravity center position of the tower drum in the installation process can be lowered, and the alignment difficulty of the tower drum and other components is lowered.

    本发明公开了一种用于降低塔筒安装重心的浮船坞及降低塔筒安装重心的安装方法,该浮船坞包括浮船主体、第一水平滑轨、滑板、海浪补偿平台;浮船主体上设有用于供待吊装部件的放置区域、提供吊装施工的作业区域,作业区域设有深坑区;第一水平滑轨设置在浮船主体的表面,其一端向放置区域延伸,另一端向深坑区延伸,用于将待吊装部件由放置区域转移至作业区域内;海浪补偿平台可升降地安装在作业区域的深坑区内,海浪补偿平台包括承托板、带动承托板做平稳升降的升降补偿机构,承托板设有与第一水平滑轨接驳滑移的第二水平滑轨,滑板在第一与第二水平滑轨之间滑移。本发明通过能够降低安装过程中的塔筒重心位置,降低塔筒与其他部件的对位难度。
