The embodiment of the invention discloses a vehicle anti-collision control method and device, equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining first relative position information between a rear vehicle and an own vehicle and second relative position information between the own vehicle and a front vehicle in response to the detection of entering a three-vehicle serial collision scene; wherein the second relative position information comprises a second actual distance between the vehicle and the front vehicle, a second estimated safety distance and a second braking distance; under the condition that the second actual distance is larger than or equal to the second estimated safety distance, a first anti-collision control strategy is triggered based on the first relative position information; triggering a second anti-collision control strategy based on the first relative position information under the condition that the second actual distance is larger than or equal to the second braking distance and smaller than the second pre-estimated safety distance; under the condition that the second actual distance is smaller than the second braking distance, a third anti-collision control strategy is triggered; the first anti-collision control strategy, the second anti-collision control strategy and the third anti-collision control strategy are different.
