The cold starting system comprises a cabin condenser, an emergency battery pack, a refrigerant tank, a compressor, a condenser, a cooling liquid tank, a hydrogen fuel battery pack, a cooling liquid pump, an evaporator, a throttling valve and a motor which are correspondingly connected. According to the system, residual electricity generated in the normal running process of an automobile is effectively utilized to charge the emergency battery pack, during cold start, the emergency battery pack drives the compressor to operate, high-temperature refrigerant is divided into two paths, one path heats a cabin, and the other path provides heat for the motor and the hydrogen fuel battery pack, so that energy is saved. According to the invention, thin ice of the hydrogen fuel battery pack is unfrozen and a certain operation temperature is obtained, normal operation of the hydrogen fuel battery pack is ensured, the motor can be stabilized at a temperature with relatively high working efficiency, and the working efficiency of the motor is ensured. According to the system, the compressor is driven to work by residual electricity of the battery, more energy is saved, and the problems that a hydrogen fuel cell automobile is difficult to start and slow to start under the severe cold working condition in winter and a hydrogen fuel cell is easy to damage under the extreme working condition are solved.

    本发明公开了一种氢燃料电车的冷启动系统,包括:对应连接的座舱冷凝器、应急电池包、制冷剂罐、压缩机、冷凝器、冷却液罐、氢燃料电池组、冷却液泵、蒸发器、节流阀、电机。该系统有效地利用汽车在正常行驶过程中的余电对应急电池包进行充电,并在冷启动时,应急电池包驱动压缩机运行,高温的制冷剂分两路,一路加热座舱,另一路给电机和氢燃料电池组提供热量,使氢燃料电池组的薄冰解冻并获得一定的运行温度,确保其正常运行,同时使电机能够稳定在工作效率较高的温度下,保证电机的工作效率。该系统利用电池的余电驱动压缩机工作,更加节能,且解决了氢燃料电池汽车在冬季严寒工况下启动困难,启动慢及氢燃料电池在极端工况下易损坏的问题。
