The invention relates to the field of battery heating, in particular to a voltage feedback battery preheating method of an integrated electric drive system, which comprises the following steps: connecting a battery pack to a controller, inputting upper limit control target values ub, max and o and lower limit control target values ub, min and o of the battery pack into the controller, generating a 1-zero vector proportion d0 by a PI control module, and transmitting the 1-zero vector proportion d0 to a PWM generator; the PWM generator calculates a PWM physical signal according to a motor electric angle theta, sends the PWM physical signal to an inverter in the electric drive system, generates a synchronous sampling signal and sends the synchronous sampling signal to the voltage peak-valley sampling module, the voltage peak-valley sampling module samples peak voltages ub and max and valley voltages ub and min of the battery pack after receiving the sampling synchronous signal, generates switching logic, and outputs the switching logic to the inverter. The switch controls the PI control module according to the switching logic; according to the application, the voltage peak valley sampling module and the PI control module are arranged, the voltage of the battery pack is controlled within the limit voltage range, the service life of the battery pack can be ensured, and the maximum battery heating rate can be exerted.

    本发明涉及电池加热领域,具体为一种集成电驱系统的电压反馈电池预热方法,将电池包接入到控制器上,并将电池包的上限控制目标值ub,max,o和下限控制目标值ub,min,o输入到控制器中,PI控制模块生成1‑零矢量占比d0并输送给PWM发生器,PWM发生器根据电机电角度θ计算出PWM物理信号并送给电驱系统中的逆变器,同时生成同步采样信号并发送给电压峰谷采样模块,电压峰谷采样模块接收到采样同步信号后,对电池包的峰值电压ub,max和谷值电压ub,min进行采样,生成切换逻辑,开关根据切换逻辑控制PI控制模块;本申请设置电压峰谷采样模块和PI控制模块,将电池包的电压控制在其极限电压范围内,能够保证电池包的使用寿命,并发挥出最大的电池加热速率。
