The invention relates to an automatic valet parking management system and an automatic valet parking management method. The automatic valet parking management system allocates a temporary parking frame on an aisle to a vehicle entering the garage under the condition that no spare space exists in the regular parking frame. When the exit vehicle exits the garage, the AVP management system specifies a first temporarily parked vehicle parked in a first temporarily parking frame on the exit route, and determines a first evacuation route for evacuating the first temporarily parked vehicle in a manner that does not hinder the exit of the exit vehicle. Moreover, the automatic valet parking management system determines a second temporary parking vehicle parked in a second temporary parking frame that is not located on the exit route but located on the first evacuation route. Then, the automatic valet parking management system determines a second evacuation route for evacuating the second temporarily parked vehicle without hindering the exit of the exit vehicle and the evacuation of the first temporarily parked vehicle.
