The invention discloses a layout optimization method for a ship transmission device configuration diagram, and relates to the technical field of product design, and the method comprises the following steps: obtaining a to-be-optimized ship transmission device configuration diagram; mapping is carried out to generate a graph theory model; traversing all paths with starting points as an input unit and an output unit in the graph theory model to obtain a first path set and a second path set; screening initial axes from the first path set to obtain an initial axis set; obtaining all common axes based on the second path set and the initial axis set; obtaining the positions of all common axes according to the initial axis position of the input unit; obtaining the positions of all units after optimization according to the position of the initial axis where the input unit is located and the positions of all the common axes; and obtaining an optimized graph theory model according to the positions of all the optimized units, and performing conversion. According to the method, the layout problem with many-to-many connection relations is solved, node overlapping is reduced, and meanwhile the relations between nodes of all layers can be clearly expressed.

    本发明公开了一种用于船舶传动装置构型图的布局优化方法,涉及产品设计技术领域,包括以下步骤:获取待优化的船舶传动装置构型图;对其进行映射,生成图论模型;分别遍历图论模型中起点为输入单元和输出单元的所有路径,得到第一路径集合和第二路径集合;从第一路径集合中进行初始轴的筛选,得到初始轴集合;基于第二路径集合和初始轴集合得到所有公共轴;根据输入单元所在的初始轴位置得到所有公共轴的位置;根据输入单元所在的初始轴位置和所有公共轴的位置得到优化后所有单元的位置;根据优化所有单元的位置得到优化后的图论模型并进行转化。本发明解决了具有多对多连接关系的布局问题,减少结点重合的同时可清晰的表达各层结点之间的关系。
