The invention relates to a framework material for a non-pneumatic tire and a preparation method of the framework material, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing modified phenolic resin, a polyisocyanate compound and a photoinitiator to obtain a resin mixed glue solution; (2) fully infiltrating glass fibers in the resin mixed glue solution, and carrying out pultrusion to obtain a preformed framework material; and (3) carrying out ultraviolet light curing on the preformed framework material to obtain the framework material for the non-pneumatic tire. According to the application, a mode of combining pultrusion and photocuring is utilized, a release agent is not used in the processing process, and the molded framework material and the belted layer rubber can be effectively bonded. The framework material for the non-pneumatic tire provided by the invention has excellent performances such as high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high toughness, high strength and light weight, the bonding strength with belted layer rubber can be improved, the reinforcing effect is further improved, and meanwhile, light weight of the non-pneumatic tire is favorably realized, and the energy consumption of an automobile is reduced.

    本申请涉及一种非充气轮胎用骨架材料及其制备方法,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:(1)将改性酚醛树脂、多异氰酸酯类化合物和光引发剂混合,得到树脂混合胶液;(2)将玻璃纤维在所述树脂混合胶液中充分浸润,通过拉挤成型,得到预成型骨架材料;(3)将所述预成型骨架材料进行紫外光固化,得到所述非充气轮胎用骨架材料。本申请利用拉挤成型和光固化相结合的方式,加工过程不使用脱模剂,成型后的骨架材料与带束层橡胶能够有效粘接。本申请提供的非充气轮胎用骨架材料具有耐高温、耐腐蚀、高韧性、高强度及质量轻等优异性能,能够提高与带束层橡胶的粘结强度,进而提高增强效果,同时有利于实现非充气轮胎的轻量化,降低汽车能耗。
