The invention discloses a preparation method and application of a manganese dioxide/polypyrrole composite electrochromic film, and belongs to the technical field of electrochromism. The method comprises the following steps that a manganese dioxide thin film is electrically deposited on a conductive substrate, then the conductive substrate with the surface plated with the manganese dioxide thin film is subjected to dipping treatment in a mixed solution of pyrrole and strong acid, and the manganese dioxide/polypyrrole composite electrochromic thin film is obtained. The manganese dioxide film is firstly electrodeposited on the conductive substrate by adopting a two-step method, then pyrrole is directly and chemically oxidized by utilizing the manganese dioxide film through dipping treatment, polypyrrole is obtained, the operation is simple, and raw materials are easy to obtain; the manganese dioxide/polypyrrole composite film prepared by the method disclosed by the invention has a coral-like structure characteristic, shows good electrochromic performance and energy storage characteristic, and has a good application prospect in the aspects of building energy conservation, intelligent windows, electrochromic electronic paper, anti-dazzling rearview mirrors and the like.

    本发明公开了一种二氧化锰/聚吡咯复合电致变色薄膜的制备方法及其应用,属于电致变色技术领域。所述方法包括以下步骤:在导电基底上电沉积二氧化锰薄膜,然后将表面镀有二氧化锰薄膜的导电基底在吡咯和强酸的混合溶液中浸渍处理,得到二氧化锰/聚吡咯复合电致变色薄膜。本发明采用两步法先在导电基底上电沉积二氧化锰薄膜,再通过浸渍处理利用二氧化锰薄膜直接化学氧化吡咯,得到聚吡咯,操作简单,原料易得;通过本发明的方法制得的二氧化锰/聚吡咯复合薄膜具有类“珊瑚”状结构特征,呈现良好的电致变色性能以及储能特性,在建筑节能、智能窗、电致变色电子纸、防眩目后视镜等方面具有很好的应用前景。
