The invention relates to a low-cost travelling crane response method, which comprises the following steps of: arranging a laser sensor at a bag lifting and falling station of a travelling crane, and arranging a rotatable reflection disc corresponding to the laser sensor on the travelling crane; one half of the surface, corresponding to the laser sensor, of the reflection disc cannot reflect the laser emitted by the laser sensor to the laser sensor, and the other half of the surface, corresponding to the laser sensor, of the reflection disc can reflect the laser emitted by the laser sensor to the laser sensor; the reflection disc is driven by a motor and can rotate, and start and stop of the motor are controlled by a switch of a cab of the travelling crane; according to the low-cost driving response method provided by the invention, the structure is simple and ingenious, the cost is not increased greatly, the method is easy to implement and popularize on site, the laser range finder and the reflection disc which are used for distance measurement are used for realizing transmission of pulse signals, and the driving response speed is high. And signal interaction between the traveling vehicle and the ground straddle-crossing vehicle is completed.

    本发明涉及一种低成本行车应答的方法,在行车的吊落包工位设置激光传感器,在所述行车上设置与所述激光传感器对应的可转动反射圆盘;所述反射圆盘与所述激光传感器对应的面中的一半不能够反射所述激光传感器所发射的激光至所述激光传感器,另一半则能够反射所述激光传感器所发射的激光至所述激光传感器;所述反射圆盘由电机驱动,能够进行转动,所述电机的启停由所述行车的驾驶室的开关控制;所述激光传感器连接与所述行车配合作业的过跨车的控制装置本发明提供的低成本行车应答的方法,结构简单巧妙,成本增加不大,现场容易实施推广,将用来测距的激光测距仪和反射圆盘,实现脉冲信号的传输,完成行车和地面过跨车的信号交互。
