The invention discloses a multifunctional elevator measuring device which comprises a measuring trolley, a first structured light scanning module and a data reconstruction module. The invention further discloses a measuring method based on the multifunctional elevator measuring device. The device provided by the invention integrates door leaf gap measurement, guide slide block measurement, gap measurement between a door leaf and a sill, door leaf deformation measurement, toe guard measurement, automatic landing door closing device measurement, distance measurement between an elevator car and a well wall, distance measurement between a landing sill and a car sill, and measurement of a gap between a car door vane and the landing sill. Through the combination of the car roof measuring trolley and the structured light scanning module, the error of point cloud data relative to a calibration coordinate system is small, non-contact measurement is achieved, the requirement for the illuminance of a shaft is low, and the measurement accuracy is high. Therefore, the measurement of the elevator car door, the car door and the accessory device is convenient, efficient and high in precision.
