Through arrangement of the power mechanism, a power basis is provided for overturning of the cover plate mechanism, so that the cover plate mechanism is opened, meanwhile, a first pulling plate and a second pulling plate are matched to drive a supporting plate to move, a battery is moved and lifted, and a user can conveniently carry out the battery from an inner cavity of the sealing frame and place the charged battery; in the process of controlling the power mechanism to reset, the supporting mechanism can be matched with the limiting mechanism to reset with the battery, meanwhile, the cover plate mechanism is matched with the sealing frame to seal the space of the inner cavity of the sealing frame, and the limiting mechanism prevents the supporting mechanism from shaking to cause sealing gaps between the cover plate mechanism and the sealing frame. And resetting of the cover plate mechanism is matched with the clamping unit, so that the battery can be fixedly clamped by the clamping plate.
