The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a plurality of accelerations of a vehicle between current time and first time, and calculating acceleration change rates corresponding to any two adjacent accelerations in the plurality of accelerations to obtain a plurality of acceleration change rates of the vehicle; when the duration between the current time and the first time exceeds the preset duration, deleting the determined number of the acceleration change rates exceeding the preset area in the plurality of acceleration change rates in one or more earliest time intervals in the plurality of preset time intervals, under the condition that the number of the acceleration change rates exceeding the preset area in the multiple acceleration change rates is larger than the preset number, the pitching angle of the vehicle at the current time is obtained; and based on the pitching angle of the vehicle at the current time, the torque gradient of the vehicle is adjusted. Therefore, the carsickness risk can be pre-judged in advance, and the vehicle can be adjusted in time.
