According to the braking system, when the road surface is a dry road surface, the control unit drives the switching valve to communicate with the first pilot port, so that the increasing proportion of the front braking force and the rear braking force is large, under the condition that the rear braking force is the same, the front braking force of the front wheel is large, the braking requirement of the front wheel can be met, and the braking stability is guaranteed; when the road surface is a wet road surface, the switching valve is driven by the control unit to be communicated with the second pilot port, so that the increasing proportion of the front braking force along with the increasing of the rear braking force is small, and under the condition of the same rear braking force, the front braking force of the front wheel is smaller than that when the switching valve is communicated with the first pilot port; output of different front braking forces on a dry road surface and a wet road surface is achieved, the situation that the front wheels slip and are out of control due to the fact that the road surfaces are wet and slippery and the braking forces are too large is avoided, and the stability of the mining dump truck when the mining dump truck runs on bad road surfaces with different dryness and wetness is improved.

    本发明提供了一种制动系统及其工作方法,涉及工程机械技术领域。本发明的制动系统在路面为干燥路面时,通过控制单元驱动切换阀与第一先导口连通,使得前制动力随后制动力增大而增大的比例较大,相同的后制动力的情况下,前轮的前制动力较大,可满足前轮的制动需要,保证制动稳定性,在路面为浸湿路面时,通过控制单元驱动切换阀与第二先导口连通,使得前制动力随后制动力增大而增大的比例较小,相同的后制动力的情况下,前轮的前制动力相较于切换阀与第一先导口连通时变小,实现在干燥路面和浸湿路面的不同前制动力的输出,避免前轮因路面湿滑且制动力过大导致的前轮打滑失控,提升矿用自卸车在干湿不同的恶劣路面上行驶时的稳定性。
