The invention discloses an over-temperature protection method of an electric driving system, a motor controller, a system and a vehicle. Comprising the following steps: acquiring a water inlet temperature value of a cooling water channel in the electrically driven cooling system, a temperature value of the cooling water channel in a motor controller and an actual working temperature value of the motor controller; obtaining a first temperature difference value according to the water inlet temperature value and the cooling water channel temperature value; obtaining a second temperature difference value according to the water inlet temperature value and the actual working temperature value; and controlling the output torque of the motor according to the first temperature difference value and the second temperature difference value. By adopting the method, the performance of the electric driving system can be monitored in real time, the problem of overheating failure of the electric driving system is avoided, and the stability and reliability of the electric driving system are improved.

    本发明公开了一种电驱动系统的过温保护方法、电机控制器、系统以及车辆,所述电驱动系统的过温保护方法,包括:获取所述电驱动冷却系统中冷却水道的进水口温度值、电机控制器内的冷却水道温度值和所述电机控制器的实际工作温度值;根据所述进水口温度值和所述冷却水道温度值获得第一温差值;根据所述进水口温度值和所述实际工作温度值获得第二温差值;根据所述第一温差值和所述第二温差值控制电机的输出扭矩。采用该方法可以实现对电驱动系统性能的实时监测,避免电驱动系统出现过热失效的问题,提高电驱动系统的稳定可靠性。
