The battery replacing device comprises a battery replacing bracket, a battery replacing base and a guide limiting mechanism, the guide limiting mechanism comprises a first guide positioning pin, a guide sleeve and a flexible sleeve, the first guide positioning pin is fixedly arranged on the battery replacing base, and a first conical part is arranged at the upper end of the first guide positioning pin; the guide sleeve is fixedly arranged on the battery replacing bracket, the lower portion of the inner wall face of the guide sleeve is a first conical face, a containing groove is formed in the upper portion of the inner wall face of the guide sleeve, part of the flexible sleeve is arranged in the containing groove, and the axis of the flexible sleeve and the axis of the guide sleeve are collinear. And the first guide positioning pin is simultaneously inserted into the guide sleeve and the flexible sleeve. The guide structures are arranged on the first guide positioning pin and the guide sleeve, so that the guide range is enlarged, and the tolerance rate in the battery replacement process is larger; in addition, by arranging the flexible sleeve, manufacturing errors can be compensated, the positioning precision is improved, and meanwhile lateral impact can be buffered.

    本发明涉及工程机械技术领域,尤其涉及一种换电装置及工程机械。换电装置包括换电托架、换电底座以及导向限位机构,导向限位机构包括第一导向定位销、导向套和柔性套,第一导向定位销固定设置于换电底座,第一导向定位销的上端具有第一锥形部;导向套固定设置于换电托架,导向套的内壁面的下部为第一锥形面,导向套的内壁面的上部设置有容纳槽,部分柔性套设置于容纳槽内,柔性套和导向套的轴线共线设置;第一导向定位销与导向套和柔性套同时插接。本发明通过在第一导向定位销和导向套上均设置导向结构,加大了导向范围,使得换电过程容差率更大;另外通过设置柔性套,能够补偿制造误差,提高定位精度,同时还能缓冲侧向冲击。
