The invention provides an electric power-assisted bicycle controller which comprises a shell with a shell cavity, a circuit board arranged in the shell cavity and a heat dissipation piece which is arranged in the shell cavity, located below the circuit board and in abutting contact with the circuit board, the heat dissipation piece is a metal plate, and the heat dissipation piece and a chip are correspondingly arranged in an installation area of the circuit board. The invention has the advantages that: the heat dissipation part is welded and connected with the area where the chip is located through the attribute of the metal substrate so as to quickly dissipate heat, the size, the structure and the manufacturing process of the controller are optimized, and the heat dissipation part is particularly suitable for a high-power controller.
