The invention discloses a charging module for an electric vehicle charging pile, and the module comprises a pre-stage rectifier which is a three-phase Vienna VIENNA rectifier; the rear-stage high-frequency converter is an interleaved parallel LLC (Logical Link Control) converter; the three-phase VIENNA rectifier rectifies input three-phase alternating current into direct current and then inputs the direct current into the interleaving LLC converter, and direct current voltage is obtained after the direct current is processed by the interleaving LLC converter and serves as output voltage to charge equipment to be charged. The 30kW charging module provided by the invention is higher in power scale, convenient to control and implement and wide in output voltage range, and can bring more convenient conditions on the design of the direct-current charging pile of the electric vehicle, such as large output power, higher charging speed, smaller number of required charging modules and the like; the method greatly facilitates the charging time demand of a large group of electric vehicle drivers as short as possible, and meets the demand of a fast-paced era.

    本发明公开一种用于电动汽车充电桩的充电模块,包括:前级整流器,所述前级整流器为三相维也纳VIENNA整流器;后级高频变换器,所述后级高频变换器为交错并联LLC变换器;所述三相VIENNA整流器将输入的三相交流电整流为直流电后输入至所述交错并联LLC变换器,经所述交错并联LLC变换器处理后得到直流电压,以此作为输出电压为待充电设备充电。本发明提供了一种具有更高功率规模,且控制便于实现,输出电压范围宽的30kW充电模块,能够在电动汽车直流充电桩的设计上带来更加便利的条件,例如输出功率大,充电速度更快,需要的充电模块数量更少等,大大便利了电动汽车司机大群体用户尽可能短的充电时间需求,满足快节奏时代的需要。
