The invention discloses an anti-reflection coating layer of an automobile front windshield, a low-reflection film and the front windshield. The anti-reflection coating layer comprises a high-refractive-index coating layer, the at least two metal absorption layers are sequentially stacked on one surface of the high-refractive-index coating layer; the infrared absorption composite layer is arranged between the adjacent metal absorption layers, the infrared absorption composite layer comprises an infrared absorption layer and an optical matching layer which are stacked, and the refractive index of the optical matching layer is 1.9-2.3. According to the anti-reflection coating layer and the low-reflection film, the reflectivity of incident light on the inner side face can be effectively reduced, the infrared blocking rate is increased, when the anti-reflection coating layer and the low-reflection film are applied to the inner side face of the front windshield, the reflectivity of visible light wave bands is as low as 9.4% under the condition that the incident angle of the inner side is 62 degrees, the visible light reflectivity is remarkably reduced, and driving safety is guaranteed; and the reflectivity under an infrared band reaches 80.1%, so that infrared rays are effectively blocked.
