The invention relates to an on-orbit assembly type cargo air brake cabin of a space station, and belongs to the technical field of overall design of manned spacecrafts. The invention discloses an on-orbit assembly type cargo air brake cabin for on-orbit release of a satellite. The on-orbit assembly type cargo air brake cabin comprises a bell jar type main structure, a mechanical arm adapter, a butt joint camera, a butt joint camera target, a universal parking device passive end, a universal parking device active end, an inner cabin door, a satellite release device, a release device manager and a functional subsystem, the other one is an on-orbit assembled cargo air brake cabin used for exposing a load to enter and exit from the sealed cabin, and the on-orbit assembled cargo air brake cabin comprises a two-way straight-through columnar main structure, a mechanical arm adapter, a butt joint camera, a butt joint camera target, a universal parking device passive end, a universal parking device active end, an inner cabin door, a two-way cargo transfer sliding table, an outer cabin door and a functional subsystem; medium and large satellites can be assembled and tested in the sealed cabin of the space station, and the satellite deployment success rate is effectively improved and the satellite development cost is reduced through cabin exiting and on-orbit release of the air brake cabin.

    本发明涉及空间站在轨组装式货物气闸舱,属于载人航天器总体设计技术领域;一种是用于卫星在轨释放的在轨组装式货物气闸舱,包括钟罩式主结构、机械臂适配器、对接相机、对接相机靶标、通用停靠装置被动端、通用停靠装置主动端、内舱门、卫星释放装置、释放装置管理器和功能子系统;另一种是用于暴露载荷进出密封舱的在轨组装式货物气闸舱,包括双向直通式柱状主结构、机械臂适配器、对接相机、对接相机靶标、通用停靠装置被动端、通用停靠装置主动端、内舱门、双向货物转移滑台、外舱门和功能子系统;本发明可实现中大型卫星在空间站密封舱内组装、测试,并通过气闸舱出舱和在轨释放,有效提升卫星部署成功率,降低卫星研制成本。
