The invention discloses a vehicle feature recognition method and system based on point cloud data, and belongs to the field of intelligent driving, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the image collection of the surrounding environment of a target vehicle, and obtaining an environment image collection result; performing image segmentation on the environment image acquisition result to obtain an environment image segmentation result; performing three-dimensional scene restoration according to a segmentation result to obtain a three-dimensional environment scene of the target vehicle; acquiring laser point cloud data of a target vehicle, performing three-dimensional distribution on the laser point cloud data, and constructing three-dimensional point cloud scene data; vehicle point cloud data in the three-dimensional point cloud scene data are extracted, and a vehicle driving prediction track is generated based on the vehicle point cloud data; and performing automatic driving control on the target vehicle according to the predicted trajectory. The technical problem that in the prior art, a vehicle feature recognition system is poor in recognition precision and automatic driving control effect is solved, and the technical effects of high-precision vehicle feature recognition and accurate automatic driving control are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种点云数据的车辆特征识别方法及系统,属于智能驾驶领域,其中方法包括:对目标车辆周围环境进行图像采集,获得环境图像采集结果;对环境图像采集结果进行图像分割,获得环境图像分割结果;根据分割结果进行三维场景还原,获得目标车辆的三维环境场景;获取目标车辆的激光点云数据,对激光点云数据进行三维分布,构建三维点云场景数据;对三维点云场景数据中的车辆点云数据进行提取,基于车辆点云数据生成车辆行驶预测轨迹;根据预测轨迹对目标车辆进行自动驾驶控制。本申请解决了现有技术中车辆特征识别系统识别精度和自动驾驶控制效果不佳的技术问题,达到了实现高精度车辆特征识别和准确自动驾驶控制的技术效果。
