The invention relates to the technical field of automobile design, in particular to a vehicle slip torque calculation method. The method for calculating the slip torque of the vehicle comprises the following steps: S1, acquiring parameters of the whole vehicle; s2, the parameters of the whole vehicle are substituted into a normal force equation set; s3, vehicle models are divided into a front-engine front-drive vehicle model and a front-engine rear-drive vehicle model, and vehicle parameters of the two vehicle models are substituted into the two tangential force equations respectively; s4, working conditions are divided into two working conditions of a forward gear and a reverse gear, any vehicle type is matched with any working condition, and the adhesion rate of driving wheels is calculated according to known ramp design indexes; and S5, calculating the torques of all the input shafts under any working condition matched with each vehicle model. According to the calculation method, the slip torque of the engine can be directly calculated after the parameters of the whole vehicle are determined, and the torque design value of the engine does not exceed the slip torque, so that the gradeability of the vehicle can be ensured, and the power of the engine can be ensured not to be wasted.

    本申请涉及汽车设计技术领域,尤其涉及一种车辆打滑扭矩的计算方法。该车辆打滑扭矩的计算方法包括如下步骤:S1、获取整车参数;S2、将整车参数带入到法向力方程组内;S3、将车型分为前置前驱和前置后驱两种车型,分别将两种车型的整车参数带入到两个切向力方程内;S4、将工况分为前进挡和倒挡两种工况,将任一车型和任一工况进行匹配,根据已知坡道设计指标计算驱动轮的附着率;S5、计算出每个车型匹配任一工况下的所有输入轴扭矩。该计算方法,能够在确定整车参数后,直接计算得出发动机的打滑扭矩,将发动机的扭矩设计值不超过该打滑扭矩,便既能保证车辆的爬坡能力又能保证发动机的功率不被浪费。
