The invention discloses an energy-saving driving control method in a mixed traffic flow of an intelligent driving vehicle, which comprises the following steps of: S1, setting three difference parameters, including a traffic flow density change parameter Pflow, response time tau required by braking and a driving risk coefficient beta, the characteristic representation module is used for representing the driving behavior characteristic difference of an automatic driving vehicle and a manual driving vehicle in the mixed traffic flow; s2, determining a lane changing behavior decision; s3, determining a car following behavior decision; and in the determined mixed traffic flow vehicle driving model, setting parameters of different types of vehicles and an updating process of the traffic flow are applied to a driving model of an ecological road in an Internet of Vehicles environment, so that energy-saving driving control of the intelligent driving vehicle is realized. According to the invention, by determining the mixed traffic flow vehicle driving model, the lane changing behavior decision and the car following behavior decision can be provided for the intelligent driving vehicle, so that the energy-saving driving control method in the mixed traffic flow is realized.
