Comprising the steps that current gear information of a two-gear speed reducer and state information of a speed reducer gear shifting control switch are obtained, and the current gear of the two-gear speed reducer is determined according to the current gear information and the state information; a gear shifting instruction is obtained, according to the current gear of the two-gear speed reducer and the gear shifting instruction, a control instruction is sent to a driving motor controller and a gear shifting motor controller corresponding to each driving wheel based on a preset priority, so that a driving motor and a gear shifting motor are controlled to work, and gear shifting is completed in sequence; wherein the front axle driving wheel set is of a high priority, the rear axle driving wheel set is of a secondary priority, and the front axle left side driving wheel set, the front axle right side driving wheel set, the rear axle left side driving wheel set and the rear axle right side driving wheel set are all in parallel gear shifting. The method can be suitable for complex traffic conditions, and the safety of road driving is improved; the problem that the low-speed large-torque working condition and the high-speed small-torque working condition of the vehicle cannot be compatible is solved.

    本发明公开了基于两档减速器的分布式电驱车辆控制方法及系统,属于分布式电动车辆技术领域。包括获取两档减速器的当前档位信息和减速器换挡控制开关的状态信息,根据当前档位信息和状态信息,确定两档减速器的当前档位;获取换挡指令,根据两档减速器的当前档位和换挡指令,基于预设的优先级,发出控制指令至各驱动轮对应的驱动电机控制器和换挡电机控制器,以控制驱动电机和换挡电机工作,依次完成换挡;其中,前桥驱动轮组为高优先级,后桥驱动轮组为次优先级,前桥左侧、右侧驱动轮组和后桥左侧、右侧驱动轮组均为并行换挡。能够适用于复杂的交通情况,提高道路驾驶的安全性;解决无法兼容车辆的低速大扭矩和高速小扭矩工况的问题。
