The invention provides a power battery pack temperature prediction method and electronic equipment, and the method comprises the steps: collecting a test data set related to the temperature of a battery cell in a battery pack, and enabling the test data set to be a data set based on the thermal management simulation or thermal management experiment test of the power battery pack under different environment temperatures and/or charging and discharging combined working conditions, the test data set comprises a first test data set and a second test data set; constructing an initial mathematical model of the external NTC temperature and the internal temperature of the battery cell in the battery pack based on the first test data set, and solving a constant coefficient value in the initial mathematical model based on the second test data set to obtain a target mathematical model; and calculating the internal temperature of the battery cell in the battery pack at the current moment based on the target mathematical model. Based on the constructed target mathematical model, the battery management system can effectively execute the thermal management strategy, and the safety and performance of the battery are guaranteed.

    本申请提供一种动力电池包温度预测方法及电子设备,该方法包括:采集电池包中与电芯温度相关的测试数据集,其中所述测试数据集是在不同环境温度和/或充放电组合工况下、基于与动力电池包热管理仿真或热管理实验测试的数据集,其包括第一测试数据集和第二测试数据集;基于所述第一测试数据集构建所述电池包中电芯外部NTC温度与电芯内部温度的初始数学模型,并基于所述第二测试数据集对所述初始数学模型中的常系数值进行求解以获得目标数学模型;基于所述目标数学模型计算当前时刻所述电池包中电芯内部温度。本申请基于构建的目标数学模型可使得电池管理系统有效地执行热管理策略,并保障电池的安全性和性能。
