The invention discloses a vehicle body attitude compensation active control method which comprises the following steps: S01, calculating an optimal vertical control force: in a vehicle driving process, acquiring a vertical acceleration of a vehicle body mass center and a vertical displacement of a suspension bearing position according to an acceleration sensor and a displacement sensor; constructing a state-space equation of the system according to a motion equation of the whole-vehicle seven-degree-of-freedom suspension dynamical model, and solving an optimal vertical control force fsi by using a model prediction controller; s02, calculating a vehicle body attitude control force: in a vehicle driving process, acquiring a centroid pitch angle theta and a centroid roll angle phi according to a three-axis gyroscope, and inputting the centroid pitch angle theta and the centroid roll angle phi into a fuzzy controller, and S03, inputting a target current i into a driver to enable an electromagnetic linear actuator to generate an electromagnetic force required by an active suspension. According to the active suspension control strategy provided by the invention, a linear motor is installed as an actuator, and the force generated by the linear motor is not limited by the relative speed of the two ends of the suspension.

    本发明公开了一种车身姿态补偿主动控制方法,包括如下步骤:S01、计算最优垂向控制力:在车辆行驶过程中,根据加速度传感器、位移传感器获取车身质心垂向加速度、悬架承载处垂向位移,根据整车七自由度悬架动力学模型的运动方程构建系统的状态空间方程,运用模型预测控制器求解最优垂向控制力fsi;S02、计算车身姿态控制力:在车辆行驶过程中,根据三轴陀螺仪获取质心俯仰角θ、质心侧倾角φ,将质心俯仰角θ、质心侧倾角φ输入模糊控制器中,S03、将目标电流i输入到驱动器中使电磁直线作动器产生主动悬架所需电磁力。本发明提出的主动悬架控制策略安装了直线电机作为作动器,其产生的力不受悬架两端相对速度的限制。
