The invention relates to a semi-solid aluminum alloy steering knuckle, a manufacturing method and a vehicle, and the manufacturing method comprises the following steps: injecting slurry of semi-solid aluminum alloy into a mold, and carrying out die-casting molding to obtain a steering knuckle blank; wherein a sealing plate is arranged on the mold, so that a mounting arm connecting hole in the steering knuckle blank becomes a blind hole with one open end and the other closed end; the steering knuckle blank is machined, so that the blind hole becomes a through hole; and after-treatment continues to be conducted, and the semi-solid aluminum alloy steering knuckle is obtained. In order to overcome the welding defect of the steering knuckle connecting hole, the die is improved to a certain degree, so that an original die-cast through hole is changed into a semi-closed blind hole, slurry of the semi-solid aluminum alloy at the position does not have large-area intersection at a part body, but is pushed forwards in sequence, and the welding quality of the steering knuckle connecting hole is improved. In this way, welding defects are avoided and even eliminated.
