The invention provides a self-adaptive clamping mechanism and a power transmission vehicle, and relates to the technical field of graphite furnace power transmission. In order to solve the problem that butt joint of a graphite electrode and a clamping assembly is not reliable, the self-adaptive clamping mechanism comprises the clamping assembly. The supporting frame and the clamping assembly are arranged at an interval; the connecting assembly comprises a connecting piece and a plurality of elastic pieces arranged on the two sides of the connecting piece, one end of each elastic piece is connected with the supporting frame, and the other end of each elastic piece abuts against the clamping assembly; wherein one of the clamping assembly, the supporting frame and the connecting assembly is provided with an arc surface; when the clamping assembly is in butt joint with the prismatic graphite electrode, the graphite electrode rotates with the axial direction of the prism as the axis, and the clamping assembly is driven to rotate in the bending direction of the arc face of the connecting piece so as to adapt to position deviation caused by rotation of the graphite electrode. The elastic piece limits the position of the clamping assembly in the non-butt-joint state, and butt joint of the graphite electrode and the clamping assembly is more stable and reliable.
