The invention relates to the technical field of fuel cells, in particular to a fuel cell system based on ammonia gas and a vehicle, and the fuel cell system comprises an electric pile and an ammonia system; the electric pile is provided with an air inlet and a hydrogen inlet; the ammonia system comprises an ammonia source, a cracking chamber, a nitrogen storage tank and a hydrogen storage tank; the cracking chamber is respectively communicated with the ammonia source, the nitrogen storage tank and the hydrogen storage tank; the hydrogen storage tank is communicated with the air inlet and is used for purging the fuel cell system, and the hydrogen storage tank is communicated with the hydrogen inlet and is used for reaction of a fuel cell; the ammonia gas is used for replacing high-pressure hydrogen, and the ammonia gas serving as an important chemical raw material is wide in source, easy to prepare into liquid ammonia and convenient to store and transport; hydrogen and nitrogen generated by ammonia cracking products are respectively stored and supplied to a fuel cell system, and the nitrogen is adopted during purging, so that formation of a hydrogen-oxygen interface of the fuel cell can be avoided, a hydrogen-oxygen consumption shutdown process can be omitted, start and stop are optimized, and an electric pile can be effectively protected.
本发明涉及燃料电池技术领域,具体涉及一种基于氨气的燃料电池系统以及车辆,燃料电池系统包括电堆以及氨系统;电堆具有空气入口和氢气入口;氨系统包括氨源、裂解室、氮气存储罐以及氢气存储罐,裂解室分别与氨源、氮气存储罐以及氢气存储罐三者连通;氢气存储罐与空气入口连通用于燃料电池系统的吹扫,氢气存储罐与氢气入口连通用于燃料电池的反应;本发明通过利用氨气代替高压氢气,其中氨气作为重要化工原料,具有来源广,同时易于制成液氨,便于存储运输;将氨裂解的产物生成的氢气、氮气分别存储,供给燃料电池系统,吹扫时采用氮气,能够避免燃料电池氢氧界面的形成,且可省略氢耗氧关机流程,优化启停,能够对电堆进行有效的保护。
