The invention provides a battery deterioration determination system, a battery deterioration determination apparatus, and a battery deterioration determination method. This battery deterioration determination system is provided with a battery deterioration determination device configured so as to perform deterioration determination of a secondary battery. The battery deterioration determination device includes a processor configured to measure a charge/discharge characteristic value of the secondary battery. Calculating a first equivalent circuit constant in an equivalent circuit in which a power supply is a main oscillation circuit in which a first resistance element and a first capacitance element are connected in parallel, on the basis of the measured charge/discharge characteristic value; and determines the deterioration of the secondary battery on the basis of at least the calculated first equivalent circuit constant.
