The invention discloses an electric forklift integrated cooling system which comprises a water tank radiator, and the water tank radiator is connected to a power system composed of a walking motor, an oil pump motor and an electric control component through a cooling water pipe set and cools the power system. The double-pipe heat exchanger is connected with the hydraulic system and is used for cooling the hydraulic system; the double-pipe heat exchanger is further connected with the cooling water pipe set so as to form circulating cooling with the water tank radiator. According to the system, forced cooling of the hydraulic system of the electric forklift is effectively achieved at low cost, and the problem that the working temperature of hydraulic oil is too high due to the fact that the hydraulic system is not subjected to forced cooling in an existing technical scheme of the electric forklift is solved; and a series of working efficiency problems and reliability problems such as remarkable reduction of the viscosity of the hydraulic oil, serious internal leakage of a hydraulic system, great reduction of the volumetric efficiency of a hydraulic oil pump, lubrication failure and sealing failure caused by over-high temperature of the hydraulic oil are further avoided.
本发明公开了一种电动叉车集成冷却系统,包括水箱散热器,所述水箱散热器通过冷却水管组连接至由行走电机、油泵电机和电控部件组成的动力系统,并对所述动力系统进行冷却;还包括套管换热器,所述套管换热器连接液压系统,并对所述液压系统进行冷却;所述套管换热器还与所述冷却水管组连接,以与所述水箱散热器形成循环冷却。本系统有效且低成本地实现了电动叉车液压系统的强制冷却,解决了现有电动叉车技术方案中液压系统无强制冷却所导致的液压油工作温度过高的问题,进一步避免了因液压油温度过高所引起的液压油粘度显著降低、液压系统内泄严重、液压油泵容积效率大幅下降、润滑失效、密封失效等一系列的工作效率问题和可靠性问题。
