The invention provides an assembly type wharf pile top construction method which comprises the steps that a walking track is installed on a pile foundation, door-shaped structure hoisting equipment is installed on the walking track, and a walking longitudinal beam and a walking cross beam of the door-shaped structure hoisting equipment are installed; the pile column in the direction of a front cantilever of the walking longitudinal beam hoists a construction pile cap, and the walking longitudinal beam hoists a piling platform to the pile cap of the pile column; the walking longitudinal beam hoisting equipment is installed on the piling platform, a balance weight is installed at the tail of the piling platform, and at least one guide frame is installed at the front end of the piling platform; a temporary construction channel is installed on the pile foundation, a to-be-constructed pile column is hoisted to the temporary construction channel through a walking longitudinal beam, the position of a guide frame is adjusted, the guide frame reaches the to-be-installed position, the to-be-constructed pile column is hoisted through hoisting equipment, the to-be-constructed pile column is hoisted to the position of the guide frame through the hoisting equipment, and the to-be-constructed pile column is lowered through the guide frame; and the lifting equipment lifts the pile hammer, the pile hammer drives the pile to be constructed on the guide frame to the designed elevation, and construction of the pile is completed.

    本发明提供一种装配式码头桩顶施工方法,在桩基上安装行走轨道,行走轨道上安装门型结构吊装设备,门型结构吊装设备的行走纵梁和行走横梁安装完毕;行走纵梁前悬臂的方向的桩柱吊装施工桩帽,行走纵梁吊装打桩平台到桩柱的桩帽上;行走纵梁吊装起吊设备安装到打桩平台上,打桩平台尾部安装配重,打桩平台前端位置安装至少一个导向架;桩基上安装临时施工通道,待施工桩柱通过行走纵梁吊装到临时施工通道上,条件导向架的位置,导向架到达待安装的位置,起吊设备吊装待施工的桩柱,待施工的桩柱通过起吊设备吊装到导向架位置,通过导向架将待施工的桩柱下放;起吊设备起吊打桩锤,打桩锤将导向架上的待施工的桩柱打入到设计标高,完成桩柱的施工。
