The invention discloses an anchor and mooring equipment belt type brake device which comprises an operation shaft, a driving assembly connected with the operation shaft and used for driving the operation shaft to rotate, a crow plate arranged on an installation frame in a hinged mode and a brake belt arranged on an anchor chain wheel or a winding drum in a surrounding mode. The operation shaft is driven to rotate through the driving assembly, the crow plate is driven to integrally swing through the threads, the end, away from the operation shaft, of the crow plate drags or releases the movable end of the brake band, and therefore the friction force between the brake band and the cable lifter or the winding drum is adjusted, and the safety in the braking process is improved in an automatic driving mode; moreover, the tensioning adjustment of the brake band is realized by adopting a lever structure, the transmission process is simple, the working stability is higher, and meanwhile, when a driving assembly or a control system breaks down, the wheel disc can be manually rotated for emergency operation, so that the tensioning adjustment of the brake band is ensured to maintain the normal and safe operation of equipment.
本申请公开了一种锚绞机带式刹车装置,包括操作轴、与操作轴连接且用于驱动操作轴转动的驱动组件、铰接设置在一安装框架上的撬板、环绕设置在锚链轮或卷筒上的刹车带,本申请实施例中,采用上述的一种锚绞机带式刹车装置,通过驱动组件带动操作轴转动,并利用螺纹带动撬板整体摆动,撬板远离操作轴一端牵引或放松刹车带的活动端,从而实现刹车带与锚链轮或卷筒之间的摩擦力调节,通过自动化驱动的方式,提高了刹车过程的安全性,而且采用杠杆结构实现刹车带的张紧调节,传动过程简单,工作稳定性更强,同时当驱动组件或控制系统故障时,能够手动转动轮盘进行应急操作,保证刹车带的张紧调节以维持设备的正常、安全运行。
