The invention discloses a redirection device used in the hoisting process. The redirection device comprises a base capable of sliding along a bridge. The rotating column is fixedly connected with the base, the steering groove is formed in the side portion of the rotating column, the multiple steering wheels are arranged on the side portion of the rotating column in an annular array mode and located in the steering groove, and the redirection motor synchronously drives the multiple steering wheels to roll around the axis of the rotating column. The side portions of the multiple steering wheels are fixedly connected with the electric hoists to build a plurality of hoisting points for a hoisted object for hoisting, the steering wheels are driven by the redirection motors to roll to control the positions of the electric hoists and the hoisting points, and synchronous rotation of the hoisted object in the direction is achieved. Compared with the mode that a traction rope is connected to the side portion of the lifted object to drive the lifted object to rotate in the prior art, the rotating direction and the rotating angle of the lifted object can be controlled relatively accurately, the control steps are simple, the reliability is high, and the posture of the lifted object can be controlled in real time conveniently.
本发明公开了一种用于吊装过程的改向装置,包括能够沿着桥架滑动的基座;与基座固接的转动柱,开设于转动柱侧部的转向槽,环形阵列排布于转动柱侧部且位于转向槽内的多个转向轮,以及同步驱动多个转向轮围绕转动柱轴心滚动的改向电机;多个转向轮侧部固接电葫芦对吊起物建立多个吊装点实行吊装,通过改向电机驱动转向轮的滚动控制各电葫芦以及吊装点的位置,实现吊起物方位的同步转动。本发明相较于现有技术通过在吊起物侧部连接牵引绳的方式促使吊起物转动的方式相比,其能够相对精确的控制吊起物的转动方向以及转动角度,控制步骤简单可靠性高便于实时对吊起物的姿态进行控制。
